2016 Fall Tour of the United States

The boys are back: The Vienna Boys Choir tours the USA from 12 November to 20 December, conducted by Jimmy Chiang. The choir performs 28 concerts in Washington, Oregon, California, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachussetts, Virginia, and Illinois. Among the highlights are appearances New York, Philadelphia, and Chicago.

The programme focuses on music by Haydn and his contemporaires, with some lighter fare by Lanner and Strauss as well as Broadway hits in the second part of the concert. After Thanksgiving, the boys switch to a holiday programme.
