For a century, the Vienna Boys Choir has been touring the world, touching audiences with its music. What began in 1926 with
a first tour to Germany and Switzerland has grown into an enduring tradition that connects generations.
In 2026, we celebrate 100 years of touring – and invite you to become part of this special anniversary.
With our 2026 Year of Giving, we aim to shape the future together with our friends and supporters by
- enabling new musical projects,
- fostering international encounters,
- further developing the education of young singers.
Each month, we highlight a different aspect of our work, starting with the Vienna Boys Choir New Year's Concert in January 2026. In February, the spotlight was on the Vienna Girls Choir and its acclaimed performance at the Vienna Konzerthaus. In March and April, we will focus on the stage productions of Chorus Juventus and Chorus Primus, the choirs of our upper secondary and primary schools respectively. In May 2026, all our choirs will perform together at the spectacular Mother's Day Concert in the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein.
