New Year's Concert

This is our first ever New Year's Concert, dedicated to our audience - we wish everyone a very happy, successful New Year. Two of our choirs will perform music by Mozart, Mendelssohn, Gallus, Purcell, and Rossini. You will hear a few hits from our album, "Together", and of course lots of Strauss, the Blue Danube and Emperor waltzes, and the Chit Chat polka. Besides the waltz king's most famous pieces, we will perform the "Sailors' polka" by his younger brother, Josef Strauss, and - as a world premiere - the sung version of a French polka, "Heiterer Muth", cheerful or indeed sanguine spirits.
