Wiener Sängerknaben Classical
The Choir has been touring - oh, at least since the
late 1400s, as part of the Chapel Imperial. As Vienna Boys Choir, the boys have been On the Road since 1926, singing close
to 30,000 concerts on more than 1000 tours.
A typical Vienna Boys Choir performance is a perfect blend of motets and lieder, world music, waltzes, polkas, and pop – a format which is known and loved by millions around the world. For the duration of a concert, we will take you on a holiday - in music.
The concert on 15 February marks the start of a new series at Muth - Wiener Sängerknaben Classical - recreating that special tour feeling in Vienna: And we are On the Road again . . .
