Short New Year's Eve Concert in Linz, Upper Austria

The Vienna Girls Choir was founded in 2004 as female counterpart to the Vienna Boys Choir. Since then, the choir has gone from strength to strength. The girls performed at the Vienna Philharmonic's New Year's Concert in 2023, and most recently alongside Academy Award winner Marion Cotillard in Vienna's Musikverein. After singing a serenade concert in Linz in July, they will now debut at Brucknerhaus with a special New Year's Eve performance. The 26 singers plan to put their audience in the mood for 2025 with music by Henry Purcell, Franz Schubert, Johannes Brahms, and Glenn Miller among others.
